Rising star (eastern and pebble/215) was my LAST hope. I went to every pre-school/daycare in the neighborhood and I was turned down because of over occupancy for her age group. She was 18 months at the time. (Now in reality i have a 6yo in school, a 3yo, 18 mons and i was 4.5 mons pregnant. So i actually needed to enroll 2 children. )
I called and asked the mom questions and the young lady over the phone was helpful and informative. I asked if I could come in and get the paper work and put down the registration fee, she said you don't want a tour 1st? I asked if we could just do it when I come

I cannot say enough about how amazing this daycare is. I absolutely love the teachers and my son loves them too. They are constantly having fun and exciting activities for the children and I love that I get a lot of hand painted pictures and things that my son made while at daycare. The school is incredibly clean, they rotate toys and there is lots of room for them to play. Plus, the price is one of the best I've seen, which to be honest, scared me slightly because I thought it might make them lack in care but I was wrong. If you are looking for a daycare, you won't be disappointed.

The owner kicked my sweet nine month old out after cancelling her early intervention appointments prescribed by her doctor. When I told her this was illegal and if she did not accommodate her therapists, I would give her a one star review. She said that my email was a threat and kicked my child out stating that my behavior was inappropriate which constitutes kicking my child out with no notice or refund. My child is delayed and needs these therapists and she initially verbally agreed to have them come to her facility during my work hours, only to later cancel without telling me. I am devestated

We love this place, and would recommend it to anyone wanting great care for their children. We have been with this school for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I have 3 kids here and they have all flourished in their care. I love the cleanliness, security, educational quality and the fact that they don't charge an arm and a leg.
Personally speaking there are two reviews showing from 2 women Farrah and Lily, that are done just to bully the owner. My infant was in the room with Farrah's child and she had people coming in and out at all hours of the day that took away from the other

As a new mother, my first concern was finding somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving my three month old daughter, as I needed to return to work. From the moment that I walked into Rising Star, I knew it was the place for her. I immediately enrolled her and she began going full-time the following week!

My family and I are so happy to have found this preschool. We searched around and looked at different schools, this by far the cleanest and nicest we had been to. I liked the unique and personal touches each room has. I especially love that there is a large room for kids to have activity in. I was blown away by the kid size treadmill personally I just think that's awesome.
