My experience there so far has been great . I go in every time with back, neck, shoulder pain, and always leave 80%feeling better..Bill is very easy to communicate with and really listens to you. He definitely knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend this physical therapy location to anyone who is looking for a physical therapist. 5⭐

Bill and team are unorganized and will waste your time. This establishment is unprofessional and so are the people who work there as well! They set an appointment , got all the info, like the medicaid number, and all the other necessary info. After traveling a far distance to get to Accelerate P.T, as soon as they took a look at the insurance card and said "we don't take this insurance." really?!!? How was this not checked out or factored in BEFORE the appointment was made!! The girl working as the receptionist was wearing a giant sweater as clothes! It looked like nothing else! She had her knees

I recently went to this therapy clinic and I had a disappointing experience. I had scheduled an appointment a week earlier, but when my CNA and I arrived at the physical therapy clinic (September 25, 2018), I was turned away. The owner, Dr. Bill made the assumption that my Medicaid was “Denver Health” Medicaid because I had a “Denver Health” card with my Medicaid number on it. I explained in detail that I had regular medicaid, and that I simply had not received an updated Medicaid card. They still refused to see me and I had to pay transportation fees back and forth from the appointment
