Services
Solstice Physical Therapists are experts in treating pain with nonpharmacologic therapy and nonopioid means. This is because we treat the root cause of your pain, and not mask the symptoms. Studies show that seeking care from a doctor of physical therapy (DPT) before a medical doctor (MD) for many conditions can result in decreased cost, time, pain, and improved quality of life without the use of opioids or surgery.
No, you don't. Colorado is one of eighteen states in the USA granted unrestricted direct access for physical therapists. This means you do not need an MD order to see us. Simply schedule online or pick up the phone and call! Solstice Physical Therapy offers unparalleled customer service, longer treatment times, specialized techniques and quality care.
Solstice Physical Therapists are experts in movement and posture. We will provide custom exercise programs to enhance movement, posture, and agility in order to keep you pain-free and active. Our individualized programs are designed specifically for your goals, whether that be to prepare you for an upcoming season, or enjoy recreational sports.
Myofascial release is a safe, effective, hands-on technique that applies gentle sustained pressure onto the connective tissue or "fascia" to enhance mobility and eliminate pain. Inflammation, trauma, or surgery can cause myofascial restrictions producing tensile pressures throughout the body.
At Solstice PT, we have found that the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release is an extremely effective tool for every condition that we have treated from migraines to low back pain to fibromyalgia, sports pain and injuries and much more.

Truly exceptional. I am healing from injuries (and more!) that have been being treated for many years. I am SO grateful a friend found and recommended Dr. Lisa!! I have hoped to find the type of myofascial release professional that up until now I’ve only heard of (what almost sounded too good to be true) through podcasts, Ted talks, etc. I was beginning to accept the chronic pain I was having in certain areas as just how it was going to be and was starting to accept whatever limitations it caused - until now!! Dr. Lisa is truly exceptional at her work - she possesses the intuitive gift along

Lisa is incredible at what she does! I have been in chronic pain for three years, but lately have been feeling so much better. I see Lisa once per week. It took a few sessions (which is to be expected) but now I notice substantial improvement after every session. It's definitely worth the money! Also, Lisa is great at working with the other providers I am seeing to make sure there is a cohesive recovery plan in place for me.

I met Lisa while I was doing traditional physical therapy for chronic hip pain and she was a fill in for my regular PT. With one session with her, I had more relief then I have had in 3 years. So I hunted her down when she started her own practice :) As my body has changed and new issues have arrived, she has worked with me each time to strengthen and well as provide relief. I really enjoy how she takes the time to really get to the bottom of what is going on. Highly recommend!

Lisa with Solstice Physical Therapy is simply amazing. She is so genuine and so good at what she does. I went to her with multiple issues and each time she was able to help treat each issue and by the third time I felt like myself again. And she did all treatments pain free and I actually was able to enjoy the process. I feel so grateful for Lisa and her incredible knowledge, if I have any pains she is my go-to therapist. I highly recommend her!!

Solstice PT is the best physical therapy office I have ever visited (unfortunately, due to my career choice, I have been in a lot of offices). Lisa is amazing. She not only has the 'book' learning and education of countless hours of classes and seminars, she has an intuitive sense that she uses to key in on what may be causing the most problems for her patients.
She also has a great bedside manner and is more than willing to suggest other types of treatments that you may need as you work toward recovery.

Lisa and Marin, are both incredibly talented and knowledgeable in the practice of Myofascial Release. Although I've spent time with both Lisa and Marin, the majority of my treatment has come from Lisa. She has completely changed my life for the better. Prior to seeing her, I spent about a year seeing a wide variety of doctors, specialists, and physical therapists to treat my chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain. With little improvement in my well being over that time period, I decided to go beyond what my insurance was willing to cover and go see what Lisa could do for me. I am so glad I made
