Took my fiancé here for his birthday and wow! What a delightful experience!
The staff was extremely accommodating and worked around my Saturday schedule (they stayed open longer than usual in order to accommodate us).
The spa was NEAT, CLEAN, and EXPERTLY DECORATED. Of course it was pricey $$$ but that's expected for this type of experience.
It was a little tricky to FIND the location, but one of the ladies stayed on the phone with me and helped direct me to their specific location.

From the moment you walk into the spa, you feel relaxed and at ease. The staff at the spa are so friendly and lend to the positive atmosphere. My massage was excellent, the rooms are decorated in a way that makes you feel you are truly on a desert getaway. I'd recommend this place for travelers and locals alike who want to soak in all that relaxation that the desert has to offer.

I really hesitate in writing this review, but I think it's important for folks to know my experience. My husband and I come to the desert multiple times per year and since covid, I have wanted to give folks as much business as I can, so we opted to try a spa for some body scrubs. I called this place before our trip to find out what the body scrub was like, etc. When we arrived, the place is indeed beautiful. Great vibe, and you can tell the owner went to great lengths to decorate the space with such love and care. There were 2 girls at the entrance who greeted us and we were promptly taken

Went there with some friends for massages. We all got the serenity custom messages for 90 minutes. My friend had the hot stone add on. We booked the night before as an impromptu plan and Arlene was very quick with her response to my message and was able to accommodate us on such short notice. 10/10 for customer service.

My wife had booked this place on our vacation out to the desert. Had no expectations, so I was pleasantly surprised when we received top notch service. We both had a 60 minute massage separately, and both of us were blown away with the atmosphere and quality of the massages. I definitely plan on returning again to this little oasis on our next trip. Just got the BEST spray tan everrrrr from Arlene! Such a beautiful spa, wonderful experience, and the tan is perfect. Arlene is so great at what she does, she really cares and takes the time to explain everything. She makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I've had a lot of spray tans and this one is by far the best! I'll be back!!

Ok, so I have to share with you all about the absolutely wonderful experience I had yesterday. I went and got a 90 min stone river massage with Gina and it was beyond amazing!!! I came in with my body and mind being so tense and overwhelmed and left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I have not been this unwound since my honeymoon. I just wanted to share with all of you that I highly recommend going here and witnessing it for yourself what I am talking about. It's worth every penny and you won't regret it!!! This place lives up to its name! I love the energy I feel every time I go in for either treatments or to pick up products. I was introduced to the Comfort Zone face care products and have become a fan. Facials are wonderful and I've also had a couple spray tans before trips or events and a massage. All fantastic. I've been to many spas in the Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta area and would highly recommend you check out True Serenity on El Paseo.
