Larry was absolutely great. We had a knowledgeable family member join him for the first inspection and we all felt very impressed by how thorough, honest, and accessible he was. Larry Was great work with. Prompt clearly communicates and his attention to detail was excellent. His report was so easy to understand, the pictures clearly helped us to identify the concerns about the property we are looking to purchase so we could address them with the seller in a very clear way. Very impressed. We would definitely recommend this company. Larry was prompt and professional and gave a very detailed inspection report with photos and also verbally explained the results in an easy to understand manner. Because of his thorough inspection we were able to negotiate a much better price on the home.
