I'm required to stay up to date with the industry's most rigorous Continuing Education through online, video and live training courses;. I adhere to a comprehensive Standards of Practice to ensure that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. I abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts my clients first and protects their rights as consumers; and.
A pre-inspected home allows the seller to confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Seller's Pre-Listing Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.
In its gaseous state, it is able to penetrate through cracks and holes in our basements or foundations and fill the air supply or penetrate water supplies which we then inhale or drink. The Surgeon General and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing all houses. Although still under investigation, it has also been linked to a higher instance of childhood leukemia.
There are many types of mold, and they reproduce by means of microscopic, airborne spores. Mold can start growing indoors when its spores float inside from outdoors and land on surfaces that are damp. Exposure to mold by inhaling or touching mold spores can cause allergic reactions and irritation to the lungs, eyes, skin, nose and throat.
