This review is purely about the passive aggressive tone the support had in an email conversation. I emailed to check on the status of my order. In checking out, you see that it will take 2-4 business days to ship. There is no information readily there to inform you that it will take 6-9 business days prior to shipment to fulfill the order, but apparently it’s in their “FAQ page” and was on my order confirmation email (which I admit I didn’t notice). This piece of info would be helpful in the order placement but I doubt the “support” will take a suggestion. Maybe it’s just me.

We had JH Paint paint our home and make any necessary repairs which they did in Jan/Feb 2020. However, a couple of months after completion, I noticed that the tops our dormers above the garage were obviously still rotten and were just painted over. I contacted JH and John came out and looked at the dormers and said he would repair and repaint in May 2020. I have since called and have been told at least 6 times and been promised they are coming "next week" to do the work. Now they no longer return my calls.

We've hired JH Paint a few times over the last 10 years to paint both the interior and exterior of our home. John was incredibly professional and available throughout the project. JH Paint company did a fantastic job! Their work is A+ quality. The guys including the owner John are very professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely fashion while paying attention to detail.The owner is also present during the job to ensure that things run smoothly and answer customer questions. I highly recommend JH paint, you won't be disappointed!
