Juan Moreno grew up in Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico in a family of entrepreneurs - his parents owned a grocery store. So it only made sense that when he became an adult, Juan would go into business for himself. When Juan decided to move to the U.S. in 1995, he started working for a family in their painting business in Raleigh NC.
This field of work turned out to be an excellent fit for Juan's talents and skills - he has a natural talent for assessing the work that's needed when encountering different painted surfaces, for prepping and painting, and he developed an extensive knowledge of primers and paints. After 8 years of learning the craft, Juan branched out on his own and started Moreno's Painting in 2003.

We had not painted the exterior of our house in forever. The hardiplank siding needed caulking and all the posts and trim needed the finish caulking to conceal the nails and dings. Moreno's team showed up and helped us get all the heavy stuff off porches and carport. They did their best to move or fix the vinyl curtains for our screened porch. They caulked perfectly and very evenly-the best I have ever seen. As they finished up, Lupe also installed fresh weather stripping on our doors. He did an excellent job! Two coats of Sherwin Williams paint-I feel like our home's exterior is cared for and

Highly recommended. Job was exterior painting which included cedar siding repair. Also caulked gap between ceiling and walls in room with cathedral ceiling. Professional and very easy to work with. Easily my best experience with a painter. Will bring back soon for popcorn ceiling removal.

We've hired Moreno's Painting twice in the past year, and have been very happy with their work.
We've hired them to remove and replace drywall, then apply paint to a ceiling damaged by a plumbing leak, and we've hired them to paint stair kick plates and trim.
Both times the quoting process was quick and easy, the crew was extremely professional and courteous, and the owners ensured that the work was complete before closing out.
I highly recommend them, and will use them again when needed.

Terrific job of painting exterior trim---house is almost all brick. Also repaired and painted some damaged siding extremely well. Quality materials used. Highly professional and reliable---actually showed up one week early, due to cancellation of job scheduled before ours. Completed work very promptly. And all at a quite reasonable price, based on comparison with other estimates we received. Unequivocal recommendation!
