We filed a complaint with the State of Michigan LARA. We are the former owners of a home in Westland, MI. 48185, and our complaint is based upon our recent experience selling this property in which Ms. Pine acted as the buyer's agent. We contend that Ms. Pine allowed contractors into our house, unsupervised, for the purpose of inspection. We have text messages as proof, which were a culmination of dialogue between our listing agent and Ms. Pine. We have to say we are

Was looking to purchase a home that was represented by MICHAEL PERROTTA listed by Hall & Hunter Realtors. The agent originally accepted our offer verbally late last night. We assumed he would have the paperwork over this morning. Instead this morning he calls our realtor and states that he is cancelling our offer as another buyer is providing a higher offer. He then states not to call unless we can offer $10,000 more.
