I’m from out of town and was ready to make a purchase in the Standish area. After contacting Pam directly several times over the span of a few days, my call/text was never returned. I reached out to Hallmark realty where they finally got me in touch with her. She told me she would contact me the following day to discuss homes in the area and of course never did. Very unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Amber Brunner was my realtor and all I have to say about her is, BADASS! I purchased my first home which took about 5 months of hardcore searching. Pam did a great job in selling our home right away and even found a home for us to buy afterward that was not on the market. She kept us informed the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I sent my son and his wife to her and they we're equally as pleased.

Pam Walczak is hands down the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever delt with. She was professional and caring throughout the entire process even when we where indecisive and looked at a lot of homes. She found us our dream home and we are very happy.

I cannot speak for all the Realtors at Hallmark real estate but I can tell you DO NOT do business with Pamela Walzak. She is only concerned about the money. If she finds you a house that she is also listing ask for another agent. She will never email you back if there are issues that way she has no trace of her lies. She did not show her face at our closing and sent someone else to do her work. She knew she was wrong. Lies lies lies just to make a sale. Buyer beware!!! Check the facts out for yourself if she tells you something will be fixed. I had to hire someone myself after job done incorrectly
