I am a Chinese Medicine Practitioner using acupuncture, herbs and multiple forms of bodywork to address your health concerns. My desire is to help enable you to return to a vibrant state of health by treating your whole person. I've been a wellness practitioner since 2012.
What began as an interest in understanding how the mind and body work to maintain good health through exercise and and self-care, led to my pursuing an education in both massage therapy and pilates.I helped patients who were struggling with pain due to lifestyle demands as well as post-operative patients who needed to rebalance and strengthen their body to regain their full mobility.

Services
20-30 minutes, included in New Patient and Follow-up visits or separately as a stand alone, consultation. Red Bird Acupuncture only carries formulas in the form of granules, capsules, tablets and tea pills from herbal companies with the highest reputations in the industry for efficacy and safety. Elizabeth chooses the most appropriate herbal formula for each of her patients and makes adjustments as necessary.
Acupuncture can improve recovery time after surgical procedures, and reduce the symptoms of pain, bleeding, numbness and swelling. Patients who receive acupuncture postoperatively have report having more energy and experience fewer complications associated with wound healing, infection and long-term pain, thus having more satisfaction from their surgery and reducing the need to rely on pain medication for longer than necessary.
Elizabeth has trained with Dr. Martha Lucas, the founder of the Mei Zen Acupuncture System. Mei Zen is a protocol that delivers! Mei Zen means "beautiful person, " and Elizabeth uses this system as well as other facial rejuvenating techniques as appropriate to help her patients to achieve a more youthful, lifted and vibrant look.
As an added service for our patients who do not wish to meet in-person, Telehmedicine appointments are available. A Telemedicine appointment is a 50 minute virtual appointment via video-chat with the practitioner. Assessments of your health condition are made via a health intake and visual inspection.

I had been searching for a while to find an acupuncturist that had deep knowledge of not only acupuncture but also of Chinese medicine and Asian bodywork. I was so excited when I found Elizabeth at Red Bird acupuncture. It has been so wonderful to work with Elizabeth. I highly recommend her services!!

Elizabeth is amazing and I really look forward to my appointments with her! I came to see her to help with stress as well as some shoulder/wrist pain that started after working from home. All of these have improved since I’ve started seeing her. I also appreciate that she is so genuine and sincere - she often checks in on me in between appointments and I’ve always felt very comfortable in her care. Highly recommend!

I'm blown away by the service at Red Bird Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. The treatments are more in-depths and personalized. I used to suffered from severe level of depression and anxiety. Right now, I'm taking an antidepressant for my mild level of depression, but by the first session with Elizabeth I was dramatically better. I was able to feel more emotionally because Elizabeth really knows what she is doing. This is a great place if you're someone who integrates acupuncture in as part of your regular wellness or you're looking to get acupuncture for the first time. You won't be disappointed
