He has over 40 years of tax and accounting experience, and in addition specializes in tax planning and compliance matters affecting business owners and high net worth individuals and their families. Prior to forming Roth and Associates Mike worked in the corporate finance and acquisition departments in Fortune 500 companies as well as several middle market companies.

I contacted this company after having made several failed attempts to hire the right bookkeeper or accountant for my micro-sized business.
