Dr. Andrew Serrano was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. Chasing cooler weather, he attended Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he majored in biotechnology. Not only did he excel in the classroom, but he also thrived on the football field, earning All-Ivy Honors as team captain his senior year.

I'm excited to show off my new smile and all this is due to Dr. Serano!! After interviewing a handful of Orthodontists I decided on Dr. Serano and I could not be happier. Not only does it take education and experience but there is distinct artistry behind what they do. The attention that they provide each patient that does not get unnoticed. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention the amazing staff who is both professional and friendly.

I have to say I have been very pleased with our experience at this office. My son has a disability that's not evident when you meet him. The staff and the doctor made him feel at ease and answered all of his questions with respect and honesty. They have shown great care for his well being and offered several options for his treatment. Costs were discussed up front and much less than I expected. I highly recommend at least going for an initial visit to compare your options for orthodontics.

After being a patient for 20 years, Dr Serrano quit on me when I really needed help. After multiple visits with Serrano Jr, I felt that I had finally found some help for my TMJ. However, they must have disagreed. For my final appointment, they sent in Serrano Sr with the most rude attitude I've ever experienced. Cutting off his assistant while she was talking, speaking down and poorly to me. After expressing that I was happy with the appliance, but couldn't wear it while teaching, Dr Serrano dictates that I declined care. After stating that's not what I was expressing, I was completely

This is my daughter's orthodontist. We have been coming here for more than a year. She is in the middle of her first stage of treatment and we will probably be coming here for a few years.
Each time we are in the office, the entire team is kind, courteous, and welcoming. They have gone out of their way to ensure that my daughter is comfortable and feels valued. We both recommend the office and everyone in it highly.
