If your going to use John Lindsey as a therapist. You better make sure your schedule fits his schedule. Cause his website says evening and weekend hours. Which isn’t true. My wife and I seeked out his services and we met once. I told him I couldn’t do days during the week do to my schedule. Since the website said evening and weekend hours. That’s why I got in touch. I told him if I wasn’t scheduled Friday I could do that day. That was two weeks ago that I notified him that I would be off that week. But no response. Which brings me to my second point. If you message him don’t hold your

Terrible rehab - extremely ineffective. Stay away at all costs. I waisted a lot of money with this place. It should be shut down.

In a perfect world, I wouldn't be troubled by the Man for ordering a lifetime supply of buprenorphine from a trusted overseas chemist for less than the price of a single month of Suboxone from CVS. I probably wouldn't be opioid-dependent, either. This is not a perfect world, I can't order Chinese buprenorphine without risking my liberties, so until the revolution comes, these guys are alright. Please keep in mind that they offer addiction services, their not your medical advocate, and they're not there to change your diaper. WAS offers life-saving services to those who WANT them. I don't see any

I took my son here and it was a total waste of time. Seems more driven by financial gain than anything else. There are more effective treatment centers in the area.

This place IS TERRIBLE! I was a walk in patient seeking addiction services, I was on suboxone at the time and I was a new patient with medicaid. I met with Dr Diwan and I had been on 8mg tablets for almost a year and I told the doctor this he then prescribes me suboxone film and my insurance wouldn't cover the film because I had been on tablets and my prior authorization was for the tablets and not the film and if you know anything about medicaid it is VERY hard to get prior authorizations to go thru if one small detail is missed. Then the "counselor" or " therapist" if that's what you want to

Therapist is rude and very unprofessional. In trying to get documentation signed, the Therapists response was he didn't have time to deal with it. How is this person recommended by Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP). Find a different therapist!!

Had an appointment with Mr. Lindsey and his receptionist did not take my phone number or any of my information, when I came in for the appointment Mr. Lindsey was not there, all she could say was 'sorry'. It is $145 just to see him, I made another appointment and called to give a heads up I was going to be a few minutes late and she says 'ohh that's a problem Mr. Lindsey will be leaving.' How is that when he would otherwise be in the meeting with me? I hardly believe the meeting takes just 5-10 minutes. I called back and no answer, left a message with no response. Very disappointed with the professionalism

I was very optimistic about starting this recovery program with Mr. Lindsey. He came off as a very respectable and caring therapist. After a few meetings it became clear to me that I had made the wrong decision. His put downs of other members of the group, including myself, made for an environment that didn't foster expression of true thoughts and feelings. I have found much deeper healing and growth through other group sessions and individual psychotherapy with a qualified and compassionate professional. I recommend you look elsewhere for removing the burden of addiction from your life.
