Not one to post a review however my interaction here warrants one. Came in to look at rings, after being looked up and down I was passed off to another sales person. When asked what I was looking for I said I was there to determine what style I liked for an engagement ring. They apparently have their own process and had to start with a center stone when I was there to see settings. She game me the feeling as if I was a burden to help, all answers were short. This is not a jewelry store…these are people that want to steal your clean stones… I went in there to get a simple clean on a diamond pendant 30 seconds later all of a sudden I’m missing a diamond…they said they were going to replace it with the same one…..FALSE what was put in to replace my VS stone was complete garbage I had to go back to my jeweler to have it replaced with the right stone…. they gave me some terrible SI diamond when clearly it doesn’t match at all.. not to mention didn’t even offer to look for my diamond that should have been right in the machine…. WORST PLACE

Short story,bought a ring for my daughter for her birthday. They said she could come in and get it sized to her. When she did, they said it could not be sized to her and tried to sell her something more expensive. She said no and they would not let us return the ring. Fast forward we took it to Fontana Jewelers in Lake Geneva Wi. They were very accommodating and resized the ring. Moral to the story Certified Jewelers are liars and thieves

I spent $12,000 on a diamond ring and the manager who I bought it from gave me a warranty. He has since retired and the new manager will not stand behind the warranty they quoted me a price to repair the ring which was ridiculous. I went to another jeweler in town and get a quote for the repair half the price that certified was going to charge me. They used to be a good jewelry store but they must be on hard times they closed one of their stores and now apparently they don’t care about their customers or they reputation

Certified Jewelers is hands down the best Jeweler! I drive all the way from Marco Island (2 hours each way) to have my jewelry repaired or purchase new pieces. They are professional, reliable and respectful. I have many heirloom pieces and feel comfortable and confident trusting them with these pieces to fix and reset.
