Reading about $25 jars of sauce is so incredibly anti-Italian American, but I hadn't seen those reviews when I stopped by for their High Road Craft Tortoni (ice cream bar that they knew nothing about and apparently sold none of...and they didn't even know they had a sign for it in front of their spot), which was phenomenal (albeit not by them so they don't really even deserve this review). At $5, it was worth the investment, but I'd never pay 5x that for a quart of sauce.

Did I just pay $25 for a 32 oz. jar of sauce? You bet I did! No regrets.
It's not just any ordinary sauce -- it is the ultimate Sunday Gravy!
I first tried this down at South Street Seaport right by the New Amsterdam Market on a cold, rainy day in December. South Street Seaport looked absolutely dreary after Hurricane Sandy had wreaked havoc, but there was still a ton of local vendors who were absolute troopers trying to revive the area.
My friend and I decided to split a serving of Sunday Gravy over pasta, and it totally hit the spot! The pasta had the perfect consistency, and the sauce
