What started as a conversation over an egg sandwich (it had to be food) at church developed into a four-year friendship. Being in a relationship was the last thing on our minds, but God put us together for a purpose. Not even a month into our relationship we knew this was something special. As husband and wife, we strive to share the love we have for each other with the love we share for food in each item we create.
Born in New Jersey, raised in Southern California, I like to consider myself a "Bi-Coastal Child" After traveling, abroad in the United States Navy I relocated from San Diego, California to Atlanta, Georgia at the end of 2005. My outlook on food especially "soul food" was different after experiencing the different types of entrees from the countries I visited during my time in the service.
Born in the small town of Ponchatoula, Louisiana as a young child I learned to appreciate the love that food brings. I spent a good amount of time by my grandfather side watching and learning not just how to cook but how food always brought people together. The time and techniques that went into preparing the food and the fellowship that came from breaking bread together placed a permanent stamp in my heart.

Our On The Go Service is great for any occasion that requires meals to be delivered to you. My husband and I decided not to travel for Thanksgiving this year, and I knew I didn't want to or had the time to be over a hot stove all day. I showed him the menu, we picked out our meal plan. We got free delivery from Chef Marcus, very professional and always cheerful. The food had my car smelling so good driving home. The portion size said a serving for 5, but we will be eating on this until Saturday for sure! There were simple instructions on how to heat up the meal on Thanksgiving. MAAAAAAAAAAAN! LET ME TELL YOU. This catered brunch from Q-Zeens for Mother's Day was amazing!!! It was so much more food than I thought. It's rare when you get something catered that you love EVERY single thing and my family is COUNTRY so the fact that there are no more grit cakes left says A LOT! If you haven't tried Q-Zeens, do your self a favor and add them to your list of family favorites! The food is great! We love the convenience of the online order and pick up process, coupled with food packaging and clear reheating instructions it makes for the perfect family meal. Oh my goodness I cannot believe I am the first person to review this amazing restaurant. So with covid going on - it's so easy to become weighed down with constant cooking. Now personally it's been OK, because my mind was that around cooking all the time. But then I was sent a menu for this grab to-go restaurant.
