We believe that a child's work is his play and that children learn best by doing. HCP students are given several opportunities to play both child-directed and teacher-directed, both by using their fine motor skills and large motor skills. We provide these opportunities in our classrooms, outdoor playground and indoor play gym.
In addition, instead of off-site field trips, HCP provides On-Site Learning Specials to enrich our students learning experiences. Here at HCP, we use a curriculum that is called "High Reach Learning Curriculum". It is a Play Based, Teacher Directed curriculum. We believe children learn best by structured and unstructured "play" and opportunities where, while teacher directed, still allow for the child to explore.

Services
Children enrolled in the 3's, 4's, and TK classes must be potty trained and able to take care of their own bathroom needs. This means they must wear underwear to school and not diapers or pull-ups. Due to allergy concerns and the safety of our children, we do NOT allow any outside food to be brought into the classroom (unless it is a classroom party where all parents will be present).
Hope Chapel Preschool is a ministry under Hope Chapel Apex. Hope Chapel Apex is an evangelistic church dedicated to helping people discover who Jesus Christ is and what He has in store for their life. God has a plan for everyone and everyone is welcome. Our church mission is to present Jesus to those who don't know Him and pursue Him with those who do!

Our son has been in the program for 2 years now and I really can't say enough good about it. the teachers and the programs have been fantastic. The teachers and staff clearly care deeply for the children and make a positive environment for everyone. Our second son will be starting there next year and I look forward to having both of them together.
