The roots of Rogers Engineering were formed in the redesign and modification of furnace equipment when Bill Rogers formed Rogers Installation and Service Co. in 1968. In 1972 the Company was changed to Rogers Engineering and Manufacturing Co., Inc. with the Service and Installation Co. as an integral part of that organization.
