Services
Con-Vey, LLC - previously known as Con-Vey Keystone, Inc. - opened its doors 75 years ago as a fabrication and machine shop focusing on repair work for the local wood mills. Leveraging our long company history, aggressive capital investment, and retention of skilled, long-term employees, Con-Vey has become a world class solutions company.
We realize that our job doesn't end when the product ships out our doors. We follow the project to the job site and provide services to help get the equipment running. Con-Vey has a group of experienced field service personnel to help set up, de-bug, and maintain your equipment. We have technicians that can troubleshoot operational problems and improve efficiency.
Con-Vey can build individual pieces of equipment, or complete lines, to efficiently move wood products and other building materials. Con-Vey is a world leader in Material Handling equipment for wood products including Oriented Strand Board (OSB), Plywood, I-Joists, Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) & Oriented Strand Lumber (OSL), Fiber Panels, Mineral Composite Panels, Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), and Lumber.
The backbone of our business is providing material handling and processing equipment for plywood panels. With our knowledgeable, innovative, and skilled team of engineers and manufacturers, we build new systems or upgrade existing ones for Siding, HDO/MDO, Softwood Plywood, and Hardwood Plywood. Let our skilled team of professionals design and build you a custom automated system that adds value to your new or existing process.
Oriented Strand Board (OSB) was introduced into the wood product market in the late 70's and Con-Vey's expertise in manufacturing plywood equipment made for a natural progression. Since then, we have provided quality and dependable equipment for some of the largest producers of OSB. Our team can design completely new production lines using the latest technology available, or help you analyze potential upgrades to existing processes.

Cov-vey has room for improvement. Communication and safety concerns are lacking.

A company that lacks integrity both internally, and professionally. The management punishes those who work hard, despite their accolades within Con-Vey over the near decade of work. Due to mismanagement of their schedules and finances, they cut corners by firing long term employees who’ve done nothing but brought some of the largest jobs to the table in over three decades. They use sub par parts on their conveyors to cut corners and cut costs with jobs, which leads to poor long term results for their customers. This is company being run into the ground by an ego-centric, narcissistic man; it’s

Best company I have worked for. Management is open, honest, & straightforward. Safety is always a top concern, facilities are clean, organized, and well maintained. Shop has a good mix of older, reliable machines as well as late model CNC's in the machine shop and some pulse welding capabilities in fabrication. Always new challenges in the custom equipment markets. Good pay and benefits packages, lunch BBQ's pretty regular, company picnic, Christmas party for the crew, 8 paid holidays, one week vacation after the first year, and two weeks vacation at the 2-year mark, 401K with matching $.
