Mr. Faulkner is a seasoned environmental engineer with over thirty (30) years of environmental engineering experience. Mr. Faulkner is a Principal Engineer with FC&E Engineering.
Mr. Faulkner initiated his career as a project engineer in the Municipal Wastewater Construction Branch of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Mr. Faulkner later moved to the Air Quality Division of MDEQ and became the Branch Chief of the Title V Air Permitting Branch before leaving MDEQ for the private sector.
