Here you'll have a chance to meet our dedicated staff. Together they comprise well over 100 years of experience in providing compassionate, competent care in the animal health care industry. Dr. Tiemann is the founder and honorable patriarch of Fayette County Vet Clinic. We was born and raised in La Grange and is a 1966 graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine.
We offer a full line of grooming services at The Retreat at Fayette County Veterinary Clinic. We do baths (both flea and medicated) and perform pet styling on all breeds of dogs and cats. For your pet's safety, as well as the safety of the other pets being groomed, we require that all dogs presented for grooming be current on Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella vaccines.

We had to take our bull to Fayette County Veterinary Clinic and everyone was amazing from the moment we got there. We had an appointment and they saw us right away. We went today after my dad had a wonderful experience here. They are an hour-ish drive from us and WORTH IT. The vet was amazing and went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel comfortable and cared for. Our dog, Precious, wasn't feeling well and went pee on the floor. I was horrified and apologized. They said it was no big deal and took a sample LOL before cleaning it up. All the staff were amazing and took great care of Precious and us. We will be going back. Thank you!
