We provide wellness care for cattle, horses, pigs, goats, sheep, and deer/elk/other hoof exotics. Rosa was born in Galveston Texas, but raised in Columbus, where she lives with her family. Rosa came to us through a work experience program with Columbus High School and then later decided to join the team! Rosa is OSHA Certified and has her Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (BLS). Since she joined CAC, she has gained knowledge in veterinary care as well as client relations.

Thank you for staying after hours for our cat. We felt bad to keep you late, but you and your assistant were friendly and patient with us. Dusty was back to normal after a couple of days of sleeping. I am making extra sure he eats only grass from now on.

The vets took excellent care of my dog, and called me times during the day to let me know exactly what was going on with her. I got an update every morning and every evening letting me know she was still okay. It's obvious that they really care about their jobs. Also this place is so much cheaper than every other vet that I priced.

Wonderful folks who are kind and caring. The staff was great and I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog who had an ear infection. Dr. Austin treated my pet like family and explained the treatment in detail. We really appreciate his professionalism and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend.

I was able to get in for an appointment same day. Started off with a front desk staff that was kind, friendly, amenable, and professional. They scheduled the appointment and even sent me an email with a little schedule reminder (which would have been really helpful for appointments set in the future.) once we got there my dog Sunny was so at ease with the assistant and Dr. Sherman that she didn’t think twice when they took her back to get shaved, etc. Dr. Sherman was thorough and went over different treatment options (short term and long term) and provided me with cost and benefits of each option

Dr Sherman and staff are the absolute best!! I live in Leander and make the two hour drive just to see her. My dogs love her and she takes such good care of them. Everyone in the office is so helpful and caring. Dr Sherman is the only one I trust with my fur babies. They are like my children to me. So choosing the best Dr for them is very important to us. I highly recommend Dr Sherman!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about both Dr. Shermans. We first got in touch with them after hours when our newly acquired shelter dog became very ill. After speaking with numerous other vets who were more interested in informing us about the costs associated with after hours care, the genuine compassion we heard during our 10+ minute conversation about symptoms and care convinced us to try them out.
