This was the best decision we made. Instead of getting back our severely damaged 16 year old Chevy Avalanche we arrived to pick up what looked like a brand new truck! And so quickly! We would never, ever go anywhere else...neither should you :o)

Needed a bumper cover reinstalled on an older vehicle. Was difficult to find a shop to perform this, but Miguel and his crew took care of it at a reasonable price. Brought my 2011 Porsche Panamera to West Coast Collision to repair 10 years of scratches and dents. Not only was West Coast the most cost effective they completed all the repairs in record time and handed back the Porsche to me in immaculate condition. If I didn't know better I'd think the car was brand new. West Coast Auto Collision did a magnificent job and I highly recommend them.

After checking with several local body shops, we decided to bring our 2010 Scion xD to WCAC. The clear-coat on the roof and hood of this car was completely bubbling and flaking off. RUN don't walk! My husband has been going to Angel for over 15+ years and supported this mans business. He would send his Mother, her friends, and recommended colleagues. So when our cars bumpers needed repainted we took it to Angel. What we got back was overspray all over the car! When we tried to have them clean/fix their mistake they tried to charge us $150 dollars?! Angel (owner) initially admitted being at fault, and agreed to clean the car. When we called 2 days later on the status, he said we would be responsible for the cleaning charge?! So now we have to pay for your blunder?Now that

Brought my car in for body work. first told $1500 then when i went back 3 months later the same repair was $2200 CASH so i did it. they left a lot of orange peel on the car and i needed to wet sand it out. i put some high quality masking tape (3m) to protect the new paint and when i took it off the clear coat came off! i brought it back and they nicely redid the panel. he said it would be ready in a few days. 4 days later he called me and said it was ready. i was out of town but coming back in 3 days. he demanded i get it that day (Friday), but i was out of town. he said he had no place

I walk in and spoke to Miguel. My car needed a bumper repair, so I left it there. (He said he would take a look at it and get back to me tomorrow, if he needed more money, he'd request my insurance for more). I get a text the following day telling me he can't do it because of a problem behind the bumper. I told him to request money from my insurance and do the repair. He said that would be impossible and they wouldn't give him money. (Never even tried to request it). I tell him throw the bumper back on and I'll pick it up. He tells me he's keeping the check from my insurance

After almost 4 months after delivery & waiting for my my 66 Impala SS to be painted due to a trade / cash agreement, with a written estimate, and after I had gone & paid for a very expensive security camera / monitor system for their facility, I found myself finally calling THEM (instead of the other way around) only to find out that they have to move out of their facility! Absolutely NOTHING has been done to my classic Impala other than it completely turning to rust while sitting in the street in front of their shop!, And now I'm stuck with this very expensive equipment I bought
