I am Mandy Ferguson, Owner of Swank Hair Studio & a Hair Stylist Specialist. My passion for the beauty industry began in about 6th grade when I was cutting my friends "bangs" at church camp many moons ago. I have been earning an income doing what I truly love for 16 years. I spent the first 4 years of my life in a little town in SW Arkansas then spent the next part of my life wherever the Navy sent my family! I decided in high school that "making others feel pretty" would be the perfect job for me. I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School and attending hours of training, classes and mentoring from some of the best stylists in our industry.

Services
As a courtesy, we try our best to call ahead of upcoming appointments to remind each client of their appointment a few days in advance, however please keep tabs on your upcoming appointments as we only call once. We offer auto text confirmations to simplify things so please make sure you are "opted in".
I have been coming to SWaNK for several years now. I always leave feeling like a million bucks, and my hair has been healthier than ever since taking my stylist's recommendations on products. Rachael is a sweetheart with talent and skill to match. She took me from dark brown box color all over to bright blonde, and left me with healthier hair in the process.

I had my eyebrows waxed a hair treatment and a haircut done by Rachel and I absolutely loved it, also a hair color consultation, she was really professional and was walking me though everything she was doing and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I would definitely come back.

Critical: Professionalism
I had booked an appointment and accidentally missed it because I had to pick up my child from daycare. The lady on the phone was super rude AND also they charged me for a $300 service that I missed. I understand that they have to charge a fee for a missed appointment but not the ENTIRE cost of the service.

SO MUCH PRAISE for this salon. They were responsive, friendly, and helpful. I went in with hair that was an absolute train wreck from a bad color/cut experience and Bryanna not only completely saved it, but gave me the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in just hoping to salvage my hair and left with my favorite cut/color ever and a new salon. Absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately I was born unlucky in the hair department. I have really baby fine hair and now, sadly, it’s almost all gray. And getting thinner. Yikes.
Liz has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year. Not only does she cut, style, AND color my hair better than anyone ever has (including top stylist from my hometown of Dallas, Matthew Tully of reality show “Shear Genius” fame); she is professional, genuinely kind, and an all around super cool person!
I’ve had experience with several other stylists at Swank as well and I can truthfully say I’ve never left the salon unhappy.

I love this salon! After a year of trying to find a hair stylist in Hot Springs I decided to search in Little Rock. That is when I came across Swank. Hair stylist Liz(Blue) is AMAZING! She transformed my hair from a wild mess (color disaster) to a beautiful natural sun kissed blonde. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through it all. I highly recommend Swank.

I have been a client of Swank since 2019. I was looking for a new salon and read good things about it online. I love the atmosphere as the salon is full of energy and excitement. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. My stylist, Liz, is the best! She really listens to me in order to get a good understanding of what I want (I usually get highlights/lowlights and a cut), then explains, in great detail, what and how she is going to do it. I appreciate her talent, professionalism, and experience. I always look forward to my Little Rock salon days (I live in Cabot) as it's always an enjoyable experience
