Great atmosphere. Welcoming. The receptionist is too sweet! The woman who cut my hair listened to what I wanted and do her best. My hair looked amazing even though I don't like where it is...I'm growing it out. But she did do what I wanted and I can live with this for a while letting it grow! Thanks Katie!

Haydon gave me the most beautiful haircut! I'm always nervous when I get a haircut, but Haydon was very patient and listened to what I wanted and then delivered! Red Beauty Lounge is a great little place - lots of levels inside so if you're mobility impaired you might want to take that into consideration... Beautiful inside!

I have been looking for a salon with qualified and knowledgeable staff for 3 years now. I had my hair done today by Hayden, and he has a client for LIFE now!! He took my thin unmanageable flat hair and treated it with so much love and attention to detail, and was genuinely excited about transforming not only my hair, but me. I feel amazing and the product is incredible. If ya'll are looking for a place you can trust, Red Lounge is it.

This is a high end place, super pricey and yet have colorists work on you that give you disappointing results. I’ve never been so disappointed with a hair color before in my life. I went to see a colorist here who was recommended by the front office on the phone. The color I received from her was not even close to what I asked. I asked for an ashy blonde (now I would’ve been ok with an ash brown as long as it was ashy) and I got a lighter (still dark) reddish brown instead...4.5 hrs later. The stylist messed up on her toners, no denying that. I’ve had my hair colored at a salon before asking

Rebekah is fabulous! I love that no matter what kind of day I’m having, I can come in and get treated exactly the way I want. We all have busy, hectic lives, and it’s so nice to have someone that understands if I’ve had a rough day and just want to sit and read a magazine... or sit there and tell her everything about my day... or just catch up… about our lives in general. Amy Hester is the sweetist person and a great colorist. She has never cut my hair so I can't review a cut but as far as color she is the only colorist who hasn't turned my brunette hair orange. I use a demi perm to cover my grey. She did a great job matching my natural brown color as well. I also have to give a shout out to the guy up front. He is a great receptionist. Very accommodating and the kindest person you will ever meet. Great vibes at this salon!

I was in need of a new look in the worst of ways and left here 100% completely satisfied! Juli Waits worked wonders!! She asked me what I wanted and we discussed my hair care routine and my expectations. She explained each step she made and taught me how to style my hair properly. She also gave suggestions on tools and products that I could use at home. She was incredibly friendly and super easy to talk to.
The front desk was also very kind and attentive; I was offered a beverage the moment I walked in. He was also very friendly when I was leaving and made sure I was happy with the end result
