Edit: Amber called me to make things right. She is an amazing LMT. She really helped work out the knots in my back. Definitely changed my mind.
Great if I were looking for a relaxing massage day but not great as I was specifically looking to alleviate lower back pain and release the knot in my shoulder. She probably worked on it for 5minutes max. Had to continually tell her to increase pressure, and intensity would increase for about a minute, and then it’d be back to lighter pressure. All in all, disappointing for what I was expecting. Shoulder feels a little better but lower back had no relief

I always have a great massage with Amber. My husband and I both go to her and she always goes out of her way to make sure we get the times we want. She always ask if we have any trouble spots or issues. The staff that I have talked to are always friendly. I would highly recommend AB Massage.

I think if you're going to AB for a relaxing massage, you'll get a relaxing massage. As for me, I went to AB for a therapeutic massage to manage my lower back pain. I emphasized to them that I needed a massage specifically for my chronic pain. I told them that in the voicemail I left for them, I told them that when they called back to make the appointment, and I told them that when I arrived. The woman who gave me the massage was very nice and did a good job on other areas of my back that weren't hurting. But she clearly did not know how to handle my lower back problem. She avoided touching it

I got the needle less lip plumper procedure done with Amber. I couldn't believe how painless it was. The noise of the machine was a little intimidating (lol) but it didn't hurt one bit. After the procedure was done I was completely shocked by the results, my lips look amazing. Thank you so much Amber! I will definitely be recommending this service to friends.

I scheduled an apt online for a Monday, and needed to reschedule Due to a family emergency. I tried contacting them 24 hours prior to the scheduled apt time to reschedule, but the website was not working properly to allow me to send a message and the office was closed (Sunday). I then called MULTIPLE times on Monday morning at 9-930 am when they opened and left messages, and no one ever called me back. I then later got a notification in my email that my appointments were "cancelled" and I was charged IN FULL on my credit card. What a scam

Went for a mother daughter girls day. We were greeted by friendly office staff. Ran rooms and bathrooms. My massage therapist Susanne was a joy and professional. Hit all the places I had tension. Have never had my shoulder blades even massaged to good. Would definitely return on my next visit to Arizona.

I am in my 3rd trimester and the pregnancy pains make it difficult to do a lot of work around the house. My husband decided to get me a prenatal massage with Amber. Since moving to Cottonwood I have refused to see a massage therapist because I was spoiled in Phoenix for 5 years with my own therapist. Having said that, Amber is truly amazing at what she does. I felt very comfortable when I walked in and she is extremely laid back. The heating pad on the bed was really nice. I wasn't sure what to expect from a prenatal and she went thru everything before we started.

Loved the service from this independent small woman owned business. I am all for supporting all the previously mentioned, ESPECIALLY when they are as committed as Amber. She was waiting for me, did a super job at the massage and was friendly, had a positive attitude and was business like. Obviously a person that takes pride in her work. Will definitely make this my massage place in Cottonwood and return here again and again.
