Verde Valley Myofascial Release
Verde Valley Myofascial Release provides an integrative and specialized approach to whole body pain relief through Myofascial Release and massage therapy. Advanced Myofascial Release and Massage therapy are techniques that hydrate and reorganize tightened and shortened muscles by placing low grade, sustained pressures into the restricted area.

In most musculoskeletal conditions, Myofascial Release has proven to be one of the most effective manual therapy techniques for long term reduction of pain. Our fully licensed, highly trained staff are experts of the manual therapy techniques primarily used to treat structural and soft tissue imbalances in the body.
Services
Massage Therapy is the manipulating of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease pain and promote relaxation and well-being. MYOFASCIAL RELEASE is the primary tool used at Verde Valley Myofascial Release due to it's long term therapeutic effects.
Craniosacral therapy (CST), is a gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum as well as the membrane and cerebrospinal fluid that surround surround and protect them. The goal of CST is to release compression in those areas which alleviated pain and stress as well as correcting underlying dysfunction.
Manual lymph drainage massage (also called lymphatic drainage and lymph massage) is a form of very light massage that encourages lymph flow in the body. It is particularly good for detoxification, edema, pre- and post-plastic surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness and acne.
The Accelerated Treatment Program (ATP) is a customized program consisting of 1:1 treatment. Clients are treated multiple times daily for a specified time period. This builds a strong foundation for treatment changes to become more permanent and the body to re-establish homeostasis. The key to unlocking the body's full physical potential is restoring proper muscular alignment and flexibility before any strengthening program.
BEMER stands for Bio-Electromagnetic-Energy-Regulation. The working mechanism of BEMER consists of the transmission of a patented multi-dimensionally configured waveform. This unique waveform is transmitted into the body via an electromagnetic field. It is the patented waveform, not the electromagnetic field that acts as the stimulating agent for increased circulation of the microcirculatory system.

As a licensed bodyworker myself, I am picky about who I see. Robert was amazing and I would trust anyone at VVMFR. I have a complicated chronic health condition that affects my autonomic nervous system and Robert was highly attuned to my needs. More than any other bodyworker I've seen, he helped me understand (both cognitively and in an embodied way) and treat (both during sessions and by explaining specific exercises to do on my own) the connection in my own body between my specific pelvic issues, posture, and chronic headaches. Aside from skilled, they listen well and are kind.

I’ve been getting treatments from Robert at VVMR for a few months now and I have say I have seen great results. I’ve had a variety of different types of body work over the years and for me myofacial has proven to be the most effective. Robert is great to work with and very skilled. I have really been able to work through some long term pain. I highly recommend giving them a try at VVMR.

I can't say enough good things about Verde Valley Myofascial Release. I have had tension and pain in my neck and shoulders for many years. Sometimes I would get two massages a week just to ease the pain, but would not see any real improvement. I've also tried chiropractic. While of course it helps to have everything aligned properly, adjustments were not helping me with the tension and pain. Then I found Robert and Danielle at Verde Valley Myofascial Release. They customized my treatment based on exactly what my body needs. I felt a reduction in pain after the first session. And not only

I have been seeing Robert and Danielle for a couple of months for severe back spasms and many other muscular problems due to multiple surgeries. It is amazing how I feel my muscles responding to their techniques. There is more lengthening in my extremities, spasms are better and just overall flexibility. I practice things at home which helps as well. These two are very skilled not only in the physical aspect but provide good educational training as well about the body. They are also very caring and obviously committed to helping people feel better. I am very grateful to have found them.

I have had lower back issues for the last 35 years. At the age of 22 my lower back went out for the first time. I have been going to myofascial release on and off for 4 years and recently made the commitment to go every week, as my back was just not getting better and was slowly getting worse. After 2 months of visiting Robert once per week, my back has not been an issue for over a month now and I can't tell you how good it feels to not have a back in constant lower spasm. I love to play golf and have not been able to enjoy it for over 6 years. This last week, I played golf 3 times in 6 days for

Robert is an outstanding myofascial practitioner and physical therapist. On the 30th of December 2019, I woke up from a bulging disc and was not able to walk without agony and crutches. I called multiple myofascial practitioners and no one was able to accommodate me on short notice during the holidays. Robert heard my agony over the phone and agreed to see me on NYE in the morning. He really took his time and after a skillful session, I was able to walk without crutches! Furthermore, he agreed to see me on New Year's Day and daily since then and I am almost completely straightened out. Robert is

My daughter had a “locked jaw” that was causing her significant discomfort for over a year. I noticed that Verde Valley Myofascial Release listed TMJ on their website so I thought I would see if they could help her. My daughter went to Jody ONE TIME, got some gentle myofascial release therapy, and was shown self-care techniques that would help her with muscle tenseness and stress. My daughter could not open her mouth a full inch before her visit with Jody. Less than a month later, my daughter can open her mouth all the way without any pain or discomfort. She is so happy! I cannot recommend

Have been seeing Danielle regularly for MFR and am so relieved at how much it is helping with my chronic muscle pain/tension. She is persistent and very focused. She can easily see what needs to be worked on and what's playing into each issue. Very focused, deep, effective therapy.
