Since 1999 I have worked successfully with adult clients dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, abuse issues, personality issues, drug and alcohol abuse/dependence, and other relationship and mental health concerns. I specialize in and enjoy working with challenging problems that have been resistant to change.

I provide counseling services for adults. I offer individual therapy, group therapy, couples counseling and family counseling. I recognize and respect both the developmental differences and needs of people of different ages and the fact that people are most comfortable with an approach to therapy that fits with them.

I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies except CenCal Insurance through The Holman Group. The amount that your insurance company may reimburse you for my services is determined on a case by case basis by the insurance company, based upon your policy provisions, when you submit a superbill.

I strongly believe in the power of group therapy to facilitate change. Groups offer the opportunity to learn from your peers, to be with people who understand what you are going through, and to grow and change in an accelerated learning environment. At Tidelands I offer groups when we have sufficient client interest to fill a group, typically 8 to 10 people.
