If I could give it 0 stars I would. This people are nothing but D’ worse company ever. This job was supose to be done in one week and it’s been 3 weeks and it still need tile to be replace. Because of the bad job that the have done.There not professional at all. After they install the tiles they had to go back and replace more than 10 tile . Henry as the supervisor didn’t do nothing to help . They really don’t care they only get the money and forget about the rest which it cost me more than 18,000 dollars.Here i post only a few pictures but there is alot more . And also the yard all mess

I have visited this store twice. The first time I was with my husband and wanted to get idea of some kitchen and flooring design. While the store was little busy not one person spoke to us or acknowledged we were there so we decided to leave. Fast forward 2 months now I am ready to purchase my kitchen and flooring I decide to stop give them one more try as I like to buy local. My sales person Henry was just the nicest person ever and made our experience enjoyable. We came in to look at hardwood. After a while of looking at different wood samples, we picked out a few that we liked. While looking at the different hardwoods, my wife ventured off into the tile section and had the idea to redo our kitchen as well. I initially thought that it was all going to be super expensive, but after Henry came out and measured my house, he sent us a quote for the hardwood and tile and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. Bottom Line Up front, After spending 20k on the floor, kitchen and cabinet. The work completed is below average. Wife decide to get the new tile floor with zero grout guide. The tile look very uneven and the floor molding look very ugly. Regarding the cabinet, they tore up the electrical conduet when they take out the cabinet. The plumbing from the bathroom and kitchen was left incomplete when they put in the new cabinet. The cabinet guy took all the old plumbing from the sink in the bathroom and kitchen. I always like to start with the positive - the sales pitch was top notch (by the owner). He went as far to promised that if I was not happy with the work/tile installation, it will be completely redone; so NOT TRUE. That's it. Now it's all downhill once you've paid.

I have been searching high and low to find a place that sells decent priced tile for my entertainment room and despite the light up signs they have outside and all the stickers promising you 49 cents per square ft is an all out LIE plain and simple.
When you go into the store and ask for the tile, guess what?
"We're out of that right now, but we have this beautiful 18x18 at only 2.99" .... Are you kidding me?!?!
They're out of the product they've got advertising in neon lights but they want to turn around and sell me a "substitute" at five times the price?
