Customer service was horrible. Visited to order tile flooring and was assisted by JR. he was enthusiastic at the beginning but that ended there. Never followed up with us on availability of tile. Two phone calls with no response and when we finally connected with him, he didn't have any answers nor did he bother to write down our initial request.

I purchased my carpet from Knight Flooring five years ago. I followed their directions and had my carpets cleaned once a year. Yesterday, I had my carpets yearly cleaning, and I want to report that my carpet still looks brand new. I highly recommend Knight Flooring. Everyone there is professional and helpful.

Charles and the team were amazing. I was adding wood floors in a study to match the existing floors of the house that were done 20 years ago. I must say it made me a little nervous not knowing if it would match the other floors. I am very picky (some say a perfectionist ) but this concern was a total waste of time as they matched the color, sheen, and materials perfectly. The crew was professional, clean, prompt and did amazing work on time and as promised. I will 1,000% recommend Charles and Knight Flooring.

The team at Knight Flooring is a top notch team. Charles Knight was very helpful in my making a decision and moving forward. He is very knowledgable on different floor finishes. Rick, his installer, was awesome. He was on time, professional at all times, cared about getting my job correct and cleaned up each night before he left. I sam glad I made the change from carpet to vinyl planks. I would highly recommend Knight Flooring for your flooring needs.
