I love being an orthodontist. This is a completely honest review. First, I am happy that I went to a black orthodontist. The team and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. However, I am not able to get in for an appointment to get my braces tightened; often having to wait two months out to get serviced. This has caused me to have to pay out of pocket at other dental offices just to get basic maintenance or tightening, meanwhile, I am literally paying monthly for this. Unacceptable. If it was up to them, I would have my braces on for five years when I only need it for two.

Started my braces here in 2008 when I was in 6th grade. I didn't even want braces but my parents made me get them. This office made me feel so comfortable. The lady at the front desk at the time had the biggest welcoming smile. I looked forward to every visit. Dr. Barnes promised me if I did my part which was wear my rubber bands that my braces would be off by the end of my senior year. He kept his promise. My braces were taken off in 2013 . My smile was and still is perfect . Even 6 years later now when my permanent retainer comes off they are generous enough to put it back on. While working

Went in for my consultation, was immediately greeted with such warm hospitality. From the moment I started my exams staff was friendly, patient and pleasant. I met with the Daughter and we sat and chatted like I've known her already. Entire visit made my decision that I wanted to be apart of their success stories. I then decided a week later I'm no longer such for the orthodontist I found the perfect one deposit made! Look forward to my treatment with this caring team.

I can not tell you the variation between the excellent orthodontics that I received from the doctors and technicians and the incompetence of the billing staff. I honestly started off well, and ended up beleaguered and having to file a complaint with Insurance Fraud. I was originally told that $2000 would be billed to insurance but I had to ask 7 times for my insurance to be billed and by the time it was billed, it was a year too late. So is customer service issue or an orthodontics issues? I currently have 17-month old brackets on my teeth as the Doctor has demanded his money, probably without

I came in for a ABSOLUTELY FREE CONSULTATION AND FREE X-RAYS to see how much Braves would cost. Needless to say without dental insurance the cost was $5600. A bit more than what I was quoted at other places a few years ago. The staff here is sooooo friendly and helpful. Super pleasant to talk to and understand with all my questions. If I don't find a cheaper prices for my braces than I would without a doubt come back here. Dr. Eric Barnes was super nice as well and taught me something new about my gums and teeth. The place is clean and smells great--can't say enough about the ambiance
