Excellent representation with Vayner while selling a vacation property. The marketing was awesome, included drone footage to really give buyers a birds eye view of the lake, property, and amenities nearby. Where to start….. I recently purchased a (Oct. 2019) home that was represented by Justin from Vayner Realty. The process seemed to go relatively smoothly until we were about 3 weeks away from closing. The first issue came up was with our final walk through that was scheduled ahead of time 2-3 weeks from the closing date. I drove over an hour away… to be told by Justin that my final walk through request would not be honored. Excuse me?!?!? He nor the seller was legally able to refuse me a final walk through as it was signed in the contract. I had my agent tell Justin that they legally
