WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve been a real estate investor for over 10 years. Nick and Cinthia managed 4 of my houses. Awful communication, OUTRAGEOUS prices on repairs. ICING ON THE CAKE, Cinthia sold us a house, IN A GREAT AREA , ONLY NEEDED 8-10K to be Section 8 rented ready. LON STORY SHORT, AFTER… 9 months and 18 THOUSAND DOLLARS, HOUSE STILL SITS ON THE MARKET. NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY TELLS ME NOW I NEED AN EXTRA 5 K because most of the work was done in a SUB PAR way. I TRAVELED TO YOUNGSTOWN, to verify, TRUE IN FACT. AREA??
