Jenkins Funeral Home & Cremation Service
We help your family create a special ceremony that reflects the life of your loved one. Whether it's using special music, creating a video, having the funeral at your church, our chapel or some special place where they always loved to go, we will help you create a tribute as unique and special as the life they lived.

99% of families we served say they would recommend our services to others. We are a premier funeral home committed to serving your needs. We provide what we call, "white glove" service. Our staff is considerate and knowledgeable. Count on us to be fair and trustworthy to guide you with the difficult decisions that are in your best interest.
Services
Simply put, we are here because of you. When you entrust your loved one into our care, you can expect exceptional, white glove service. We realize you have many choices in our area, therefore we strive to be number one. Others say they are different, but our service to you is proof that we rise above the rest.
A graduate of NC Wesleyan College and the department of funeral service education at Fayetteville Community College, Jenkins opened, with his wife Lori, Jenkins Funeral Home in 2004. He is fulfilling his life's passion of guiding families in their difficult times. He has a lifetime of community service, having been a member of various service clubs throughout his career.
The Jenkins Chapel is likely the largest in the area yet conducive to small services as well. Our spacious facility can accommodate several families at one time without any concern of overlap. The Celebration Center, with seating for large or small events, is conveniently located within our building.
These are some of the many reasons why more and more families choose Jenkins Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Priced in-line and well below other area funeral homes, Jenkins is truly the choice of more and more families from all over the Catawba Valley. Thank you not only for your professionalism but for your caring compassion taken with our Mother's passing.
Many families choose our own Jenkins Cemetery, conveniently located behind Jenkins Funeral Home. It began as a Community Cemetery in the 1800s and was taken over by Startown Baptist Church in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Jenkins expanded the cemetery in 2004 and has added special sections, such as the Cremation Garden, our columbarium and the "Garden of Angels" for infants.

Cassie was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Start to finish, she made the days a little easier for the family when my father in law passed. She was able to answer all our questions and get everything organized and set up. A big thank you to Jenkins Funeral Home and staff.

Jenkins took care of my aunt’s services in October, they blew me away with their compassion and their attention to detail. Amanda was our funeral director and she handled us with so much care. We had several wishes that were so important to our family and Cassie went over and beyond to make sure she honored those wishes. Jerry helped with our service and he was very professional and attentive. We are beyond appreciative of everything the entire staff did for us and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to feel like you are part of a family rather than just a customer.

After my mom’s passing, Cassie Setzer helped me and my family navigate through a very difficult time for us. I had little experience with funeral planning, so we had many questions, but Cassie made herself highly available and was very accommodating no matter what we needed. She was able to guide us through the process with great professionalism. Not only is she a very mature young lady, she was kind and caring. We would definitely recommend her to others who have lost a loved one.

Carl and Lori (and all the Jenkins staff) handled every little detail beautifully. They were very receptive and accommodating to all of my ideas, even my atypical requests. The receiving area and chapel were both beautiful spaces for our service. My father did not have a home church or pastor, but the staff pastor, Aaron, did an absolute amazing job honoring him and officiating the service—I was blown away by his kind words and it felt like he had known my father and our family for years. When I returned home I was grateful to find that they even included thank you cards for us to use. Our family

We recently lost our son unexpectedly in an accident. Jenkins Funeral Home was so incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about them.
Amanda, one of the directors, has a God given gift of comfort. She guided us through some the most difficult moments after the accident, effortlessly - with such Grace and Kindness. Our lives are forever changed, but Amanda (Jenkins) helped us honor our sons memory and celebrate his life. They took care of everything.
We will forever be grateful.
