Rodahl & Company was founded in 2000 to provide individuals and small businesses with comprehensive accounting, payroll, and tax services. Our accounting CPA services are available to clients in Northern Colorado - Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland and more. We are proud that a significant number of our clients have been with our Accounting and Tax Firm for over a decade.
Dean launched Rodahl & Company in 2000 because he wanted to focus on making an impact with his clients. He takes the time to explain complicated tax and accounting issues in an easy to understand way and enjoys solving financial and tax problems for his clients. As a practicing CPA for over twenty years, Dean's professional emphasis has been in all aspects of tax, financial statement preparations, and small business consulting.
Jack Snow joined the Rodahl & Company team in 2006. With more than 40 years of professional experience, Jack's practice focus is business and individual tax, along with succession, estate and retirement planning. He has represented numerous clients successfully before the Internal Revenue Service and has filed many petitions with the United States Tax Court on behalf of clients.
Allyson Rodahl joined the Rodahl & Company team in 2003. Having worked as a controller in construction and other industries, as well as an external and internal auditor, Allyson brings over 25 years of accounting experience to the team. She specializes in small business accounting-helping clients with their accounting needs.
Tony Powell joined the Rodahl & Company team in 2017. As a Staff Accountant, Tony specializes in monthly and quarterly accounting and bookkeeping, sales tax returns, and financial statement preparation. His duties at the firm also include income tax preparation and QuickBooks ProAdvisor consultations.

We've been working with Dean & his team (shout outs to Tony & Julie) for the past 7 years. Anytime I have a question, they're there with an answer and if I'm not understanding they break down the jargon into something I can understand. No question feels stupid & every question or concern is always addressed with concern & compassion.
