Ken Iwen is a great mechanic and, better yet, owns a great auto repair shop. Ken can talk like a gear head or he can explain auto repair for your mom. His service manager, Tim, and the auto techs are all good to work with too.
Iwen Automotive is also more than fair in repair pricing too since nothing in auto repair is cheap with modern vehicles. My last repair visit there was half of what the dealership quoted.

Every time we return to iwen automotive they take such good care of us. They always phone and fill you in what is going on, their very professional. Even though they are three weeks out they squeezed me in on short notice because the repair made my vehicle not drivable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair to their vehicle!

We've trusted my husband's "Trusty Fred", a 2001 Dodge Ram Charger Pickup to Iwen Automotive for more than 5 years. They've done repairs as complex as transmission replacement to a simple electronic system adjustment. The mechanics are knowledgeable and highly skilled. Beyond this, Ken Iwen is very fair.
