Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting needles along meridians at very precise acupuncture points to create homeostasis and to relieve pain. In some cases our practitioners may apply heat or electrical stimulation.
Wear a mask to your appointment along with loose fitting clothing that allows for access to your lower legs to knee and arms to the elbow.
