Yen Wellness
The first step is getting you out of pain, reducing the acute symptoms and on the road to recovery. Going beyond symptoms by treating the root cause of disharmony in the body, making it stronger and more resilient. Acupuncture is branch of Chinese Medicine that uses small needles inserted into specific points along energy pathways in the body to adjust qi to restore balance.

The needles used are very small, single use, disposable, and sterile. The points used are located all over the body and are selected for your unique condition. Treatments vary in the number of needles used depending on condition and body constitution. Traditionally, nutrition and herbal medicine is the largest aspect of Chinese medicine.

Yen Wellness was a very nice experience. Mary was very helpful when I started seeing her for acupuncture and if she offered traditional Chinese Herbs then I would still be going to her. She does work with organic herbal supplements that may be able to help you. The acupuncture room is so relaxing and I love the bed warmer that's on the bed. I almost fell asleep so many times and acupuncture normally makes me feel a little nervous. I hope to come back to Mary again in the future once I am done with my Chinese herbalist because I really did enjoy the experience here. The parking lot is small

Mary is unbelievable. I just returned from my second prenatal massage with her, and I feel fantastic. I have had maybe 8 or 9 professional massages in the past 10 years, and I have left every one feeling disappointed. Even when the massage therapist came highly recommended, I just never got what I wanted out of the experience. It was always like, what's all this hype about?

So when I booked my first appointment with Mary, I was skeptical to say the least. To my unending delight, I can report that Mary truly delivers! By the end I felt so relaxed it almost felt like I'd been drugged

Mary is so great! I was impressed with how much information she took in about my health and what I was looking for - very attentive and a great listener. I was new to acupuncture and she explained everything really clearly and answered all my questions.

In general she helped me with managing stress and working on fertility. The sessions were calming and comfortable. After a couple months, sure enough, I'm both relaxed AND pregnant. Mary rocks and I highly recommend her.

Mary is a very gifted acupuncturist and massage therapist. I would recommend her services for anyone with pain or musculoskeletal problems, as well as other ailments. I have seen her for everything from back pain to digestive problems and have walked away feeling better every time. She's a master with those cups--and also a sweet and attentive listener. Eugene is lucky to have her.
