Great service, value and customer service! Jordan met with us and thoroughly explained all of our options for our broken AC unit. He took his time and patiently explained all the time and cost details for both a repair and a new AC unit. Our concerns about the cost of a new unit were fully respected and at no time did we feel we were being steered towards the more expensive replacement option. In the end we went with the full replacement as the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. I highly recommend this company! I set up an appointment for getting my water heater done, the owner came out on time and on the date that was appointed. Jordan was very very personal and professional, listened to my wants and provided what I request. His work was very clean and he treated my house as his own.
