I am Kate Quinn Stewart, licensed and nationally certified acupuncturist, and I offer personalized, gentle acupuncture care in Washington, DC and conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro station. Services
While my offices are temporarily closed for in-person acupuncture visits, I am offering all the skills, knowledge, and expertise I have gathered over my 20 years in the holistic health field via virtual wellness sessions. In these secure video chat sessions, I will teach you self-care practices that will empower you to optimize your health, your immunity, and your resiliency.
It is my mission to provide thoughtful and caring support to each and every one of my patients as they travel the path of healing and growth. As we work together to nurture body, mind, and spirit, my patients begin to flourish in all aspects of their lives. I love this work and the experience of helping the wonderful people who come through my door.
Acupuncture is an ancient form of natural medicine that was developed in China and has been practiced for thousands of years. It is based on the laws of the nature and its aim is to clear away any physical, mental, or spiritual obstacles that prevent a person from living to his or her greatest potential.
The gift of a virtual wellness session is a great way to share the healing benefits of Chinese medicine and holistic stress reduction techniques with a friend or loved one. Many people are struggling with stress, difficult emotions, and new or ongoing health issues as we all process the fallout of the pandemic.
When you suffer from anxiety or depression, your whole life is affected. Your relationships, your ability to focus and perform at work, your motivation to get things done, your enjoyment of your favorite activities, your energy level, your ability to sleep well, your physical health, and your self-esteem all suffer.
