Even though our family has been assisting the Venice community for more than 50 years, our tradition of service dates back to 1932. My grandfather, John J. Farley, embarked on a lifetime of funeral service by opening his own funeral home in Indianapolis in 1932. He soon recruited his father, Omer Farley, and his brothers to work alongside him.

We are committed to providing the finest service to families who choose cremation. That is why we have constructed our own, privately owned crematory facility. Most other funeral homes have cremations performed by a remote, high-volume facility. We do not. Your loved one is always under the care of our licensed funeral directors, who personally supervise every step of the cremation process.

I live in Pennsylvania, my mother passed away in Venice, Florida Sunday July 25, 2021. I'm her only child, I also have 1 daughter 32 years old, and 2 granddaughters 10 & 12 years old. 5 generations proudly my mother was. Spoke to Eric this afternoon, I had only one simple question.....where is my mothers remains? He could not tell me. Because my step sister Crystal called and impersonated me, giving the okay to obviously donate my dear mother's body to science and gave him okay to write her obituary. Crystal hated my mother and has gone too far. The authorities will be notified in the morning and

Everything was explained very thoroughly to me by Mr. Taylor. He answered all my questions in an understandable way. He made the process streamlined and simple. He listened to me and made recommendations based on MY wishes. I highly recommend this service! It truly does gives you peace of mind knowing you have done all you can do so that at the time of your passing your family has as little stress as possible.

Such a wonderful, caring staff. Bill and Aspen were incredible in helping me through such a difficult time. We had a death unexpectedly on Fathers Day. The first name that came to my mind was Farley Funeral Home.
I have heard it mentioned numerous times since we have lived here from people who have used there services, so that is what I chose as well.
I was in such pain at the loss that occurred that I couldn't think straight, was totally unprepared and was the last thing I had thought of happening.
Farley's came in and walked me through everything. They were understanding, considerate, patient, and I was more than happy with the service they provided me with. I don't jhave enough words to say how

On August 4th 2021 I lost the love of my life. I went to to Farley Funeral home to make all the arrangements and a very lovely, caring person by the name of Aspen helped me with the process of dealing with my loss and making sure that everything was perfect and the way I wanted it to be to honor my loved one. This was so very comforting during a very difficult time.

I went to the one in Northport. They are amazing. My husband passed away in January. My heart was breaking and I was a mess. The funeral directors and staff couldn’t have been kinder, sweeter, or more gentle when I needed it the most. They go above and beyond making sure that every detail is fully taken care of so it’s the funeral that you want for your loved one. I truly can’t say how thankful I am to have chosen them. The people at Farley funeral were so very comforting and professional. Farley Funeral Home serviced both my parents 5 years apart. I want to express how very thankful I am for all that Farley folks did for us during those times. Handled everything, including all my question and concerns very patiently. They took so much worry and stress away for me. Every December, in conjunction with the cemetary off Center Rd (which my parents are not located), celebrate the life of the people they serviced that year.
