Thor Inspection Services did a great and thorough job inspecting our new house. They answered all our questions and were able to explain things to us in a way that made it easy to understand. They called beforehand to ask if there was specific things we wanted looked at, and they were able to return the inspection back to us really quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this inspection service. They couldn't find my main water line, my agent actually ended up finding it. They didn't specifically note a window that needed to be replaced (even though they specifically said during the inspection that it was the worst window in the house) and caused they sellers to not budge on replacing it. They were very cavalier about the fact that there could be mold in the attic. He literally said, "mold doesn't bother me. So I wouldn't worry about it." Consistently said, "that's not apart of my job." Which I understand, however for basic things it got really
