Our inspection includes a thorough examination of your prospective new home's structure, foundation, furnace, and A/C, electrical, plumbing, siding, shingles, windows, sump pump, attic, appliances and more! We will also walk you through your new home and answer any questions you may have. Doug is not only professional and thorough in his inspections but he is also reliable in his information. Myself and my extended family have now used Doug for 7 inspections and each time he has been on time and made us feel at ease with his recommendations. Beware of hiring Doug as your home inspector. We had him do our home inspection and he missed a number of things in his report. We were told by The Fire Emporium that one of our fireplaces was a serious fire hazard. We had the unit replaced and Doug dodged responsibility saying that wasn't his place to warn us about the safety hazard. Really? We then had a broken coil on one of our AC units and had to have a new one installed and again Doug said that wasn't his responsibility. He then proceeded to preach to me what a home inspection all entails. Doug will do your home inspection, take your $500
