This place is a JOKE. I can't believe this is our only option for medical help in this area. They treat you like you have the plague, treating you in an ambulance carport! Over an hour drive to the next town with clinics and hospitals, but it's at least we will be treated. NEVER AGAIN! 😡

P. A Angela is so rude. There is no need for this. Even if you don't like a patient it's highly unprofessional to be rude. This doesn't mean they other p.a's and staff are rude. No doctor in the world tells you to ware a mask enymoore because the don't stop the spread of Covid so they take orders from bord of restarts and flow. & they leak personal information of patients not cool.

We have been going here for a few years now. We used to get better care. They keep telling me my family is experiencing allergies. Everyone got sore throats and coughs at the same time but it’s apparently just allergies? I never knew those were so contagious. I called them to see how my son’s appointment went as I was not there for it and they refused to tell me anything because somehow the hippa sheet I signed got “lost”. I had to race there after work to sign one so that they would communicate with me about my son’s health and diagnosis. Just terrible terrible care all around.

They got me in super fast for an emergency dental exam and fixed the issue there on the spot! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm also decently afraid of the dentist, they were very courteous and explained everything, even through my dumb questions and anxiety. Definitely recommend!

I needed an emergency and was not able to be seen, I had surgery on 08/11/20 and needed emergency help and could not get help this place is disappointing thats why I dislike this place,I feel frustrated and neglected..

After dealing with this place for a potentially life-threatening situation, both times they have made the call for additional treatment at a hospital, they were mistaken. The first time I did need a procedure at a hospital but Montrose Memorial was not the hospital I needed to go to nor were they able to properly treat me as they did not have a doctor capable of properly treating me. I was put through an unnecessary, and very painful procedure that failed to actually treat the condition I was dealing with. The second time with the same condition, I was sent to St Mary's in Grand Junction, only
