Services
Will no longer courtesy bill any Healthshare Plans. All payments are due at time of service. Upon Request - Our billing team can send you a billing summary for you to submit to your Healthshare Plan for reimbursement. Both of our offices are contracted as providers with the following insurance carriers.

Our friendly staff is always happy to answer your questions and guide you through the process of becoming a patient of the Pediatric Associates. We see ages 0-18 years old. We will see patients over 18 if they have been an established patient with us and are going to college.
We always want our families to have access to quality care regardless of your family's unique insurance situation. All comprehensive well child care visits, access to acute visits & access to 24/7 medical advice and case management. Vaccinations policies very widely by insurance situation so they can be provided at a minimum fee.*up to three acute visits in a 12 month span.

Called since 8AM, my child is sick asked for her to be seen. The clinic usually has walk in appointments which I thought I would get 8-10. I have been going there for 5 years!
Told them she needs a strep test, ALREADY took a covid test which came back negative and the receptionist and nurse whoever I spoke with on 1/26/22 wanted me to do a "virtual" appointments (while I have a broken camera on my phone) makes a lot of sense. ANYWAY, my daughter is crying saying "why are they not letting me go". She is 10!
And I mentioned the walkin as I have called several times since 8 and it was about 9 something

A wonderful office with caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and compassionate providers. They provide excellent care to their patients. As a mother of two boys, I love knowing that their health is in the best of hands. I also want to give a special shout out to Dr. Liba Hardekopf for being a stellar physician. The majority of the doctors at this facility do NOT listen to a mother's intuition that something is wrong with their child. In many ways, they think they know better than the parent when it comes to the well being of your children. If your child is anything other than average on either side of the spectrum of average, expect nothing other than a cookie cutter approach to healthcare. They do not respect the rights of parents on most levels and over schedule appointments for follow up. We walked away many years ago but after many years thought we would try again as they are supposed to be experts

We have received excellent care at Pediatric Associates since moving here a little over a year ago. The whole staff is friendly and helpful and has gone out of their way to help with paperwork or connect us with specialists. Every provider we’ve seen has been caring, knowledgeable, and generous of their time. It is always easy to get an appointment and we have never waited long once we’ve arrived. Dr. Miller, my kids’ regular pediatrician, is empathetic and observant and worked quickly to have us seen by a specialist when we needed it. I appreciate the regular follow-up everyone in the practice

We have had wonderful experiences at Pediatric Associates. Dr. Mayo is beyond friendly and knowledgeable. He puts all of us at ease. I appreciate the way that he is not an alarmist and attentively and patiently listens to our concerns. I trust his knowledge and experience. The nurses and staff have also always been delightful. In a contentious and confusing political environment during a pandemic, I have appreciated this practice’s education, training, experience and common sense to guide our family. Pediatric Associates is filled with loving, compassionate, and competent staff from the front desk, to nurses, to the doctors. Everyone I know has been extremely impressed with them unless it is a person who is unsatisfied with everything in life. (They don’t even know who they are, sadly.)
