My first time coming to this dentist office and I loved Carroll. When I said it hurt she stopped and numb me up some more so I was comfortable to get my teeth extracted. It’s my fault I was born with deep roots but she was very kind and careful to not cause me unbearable pain. Will be returning for more work.

My husband and I went here for our wellness checkup and cleaning. We loved the doctor and the dental hygienist! Nevertheless, their billing department is absolutely incompetent and a NIGHTMARE! 4 months later and they still did not bill me correctly! First, I got billed as “Out of network” and my husband “In network”. We have the same plan, and they are in Renaissance network. My husband got charged more for the same services. Had to call them couple of times to get them to fix it. Then I noticed we got charged for extra standing X rays which are not covered under wellness visit by my insurance

I finally found a fantastic dentist office after several years of searching! The office was immaculately clean and Lauren was a friendly, gentle, and professional hygienist. She did a great job getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Carroll was just as friendly. I am so pleased to be their new patient. Oh! And no pushy sales for expensive dental products that I didn’t want. I really appreciated that.

Horrid and waste of time. They do NOT HONOR THEIR WORD Was told by Heather (office manager) my cleaning price will be honored as my initial appointment the cleaning service was scheduled out TWO HOURS AFTER CONSULTATION (bad scheduling) their solution was to reschedule the cleaning Came back within the same year and after confirming price, my status, scheduling and TWO referrals They slammed me on the day of and additional $15x.xx charge even though i came back within the SAME YEAR There was no apologetic manner, just “office manager will be back latter park of week”...had no choice

My experience with Dr. Julie Fullenkamp and her staff has been top notch!! I have had 2 general cleanings, 3 teeth filled and I also had to have a crown. They are definitely some of the most empathetic and gentlest staff I have encountered!
I would like to share that we began the crown process just prior to the onset of Covid19. The pandemic caused the crown manufacturer to close creating delays beyond her control. Therefore, the process took at least 3 times longer than it usually would. Dr. Julie and her staff went above and beyond to take care of me through this process and to ensure the permanent
