This place was recommended from a friend. I needed a name plate that was gifted to me as a child resized with a new gold chain. The owners gave excellent recommendations and honest opinion, and the bracelet looked brand new once it was completed. Turnaround time was a little over 1 week (around Christmas too). I will certainly be back and recommend to others. You can't beat the quality and care!

I walked into Russ's store when I needed a family diamond set in an engagement ring. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He worked with me to find the perfect setting that would match my fiancee's tastes, the experience was easy and efficient, and the resulting ring is gorgeous and very well received. The price was very reasonable, and he even ended up recommending a ring that was less expensive than the first one we had picked out. My now-wife and I also purchased our wedding bands here and the experience was just as good. You will not be disappointed by Russ.

Walked in to ask about jewelry polishing. The owner greeted me immediately and was incredibly helpful and polished my rings for me right away and detailed different levels of cleaning they could do. Russell took great care to hand craft a custom engagement ring. He took the time out to inscribe a little inside thing between me and my fiancee on the inside of the beautiful ring he made, and found the perfect deep blue flawless sapphire to top it with.
