My wife and I have worked with Neil to upgrade my wife’s wedding band back in 2013 and most recently in 2021 to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring. Neil is professional, easy to work with, fair, very responsive and a good communicator. The rings he’s created are gorgeous and have exceeded our expectations. On both occasions the ring was completed two weeks from the time we met with Neil. We look forward to working with him in the years to come.

My experience with Neil was outstanding. I was looking for something very specific and within a desired price range. He helped me find the perfect diamond and setting for the engagement ring for my now fiancé. From start to finish the experience was both hospitable and professional. I (and my fiancé) couldn't be happier with the finished product. Neil made this entire process an enjoyable one. Not only did he custom make the most beautiful engagement ring I could imagine, he also took the time out of his day to teach me about diamond cuts, clarity, color and what would be the best bang for my buck. We spent hours going through different inventory, making sure that I was in love with the diamond I ultimately chose. Without Neil I would have been lost during this process.
My fiancé is completely obsessed with the ring. I will be going back to Neil to get my wedding bands and everything else in the future!

Neil was not only knowledgeable about everything engagement ring-related, but he was responsive, compassionate, and able to work within any budget. He was willing to answer any and all questions and even went so far as to check in with me periodically during the the entire process. Most importantly, Neil made this whole process easy and fun. My son was looking for an engagement ring for his girlfriend. He and I went to see Neil who was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Neil spent time educating and advising us on diamond selection, the 4 'C's". You can tell Neil cares deeply about delivering a quality product. Today we received the ring.
