I had a terrific experience here with Jack and Lombard Auto Body. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for my headlight restoration that fit my schedule. Jack greeted me promptly and had my car serviced very quickly. I was shocked at how my car looked brand new from the front! Highly recommend Jack and his crew for all your car needs. Will definitely be returning here again in the future if I need work performed.

Very bad service, they take advantage of the insurances they charged for parts that they did not put in my truck, they installed a headlights that were used of very low quality, they did not install them correctly and they damaged the electrical system, they do not want to be responsible for the damage that they have done to my truck. They rob the insurance company making estimates with parts that are not needed, they use very low quality parts.

I searched around for headlight restoration and came across this place. Customer Service 10/10 Quality of work 10/10. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of Jack and the employees.. Jack treated me like we went to school together. . All in all I recommend that for all of your auto body needs in San Francisco this is the place to go..

I smashed & knocked off my passenger side rearview mirror while pulling out of my garage earlier this week.
Jack had me come in same day to check out the damage and within 48 hours, my car was fixed! The service was incredible - quick, easy, super transparent pricing & the team even fully washed my car inside & out.
I cannot recommend Jack & the team at Lombard Auto Body enough. While damaging your car is a huge bummer, the quick turn around time & amazing experience here made it much less painful

Always difficult to find someone in the auto industry that you can trust. Jack at Lombard Auto is definitely my go to automotive expert. I've been working with him for over 20 years. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. I have several cars he takes care of for me. Always trying to give me the best deal he can at the highest quality of craftmanship. Highly recommend. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

I hope your back window doesn't get smashed and your stuff stolen like us during our San Fran visit, but if it does, this is the place to go. Jack Chew was an action hero. He was so friendly, so professional, so honest, and they did such incredible work. We had our car back with a new window the same day it was smashed. These guys are the best in the Bay Area.

Jack and his team are absolutely great to work with. I have taken multiple cars to his shop and each time I have been impressed with the quality of care and attention of their work. Most importantly, Jack is a very friendly owner who truly looks out for the customer, and wants what is best to make the customer happy.

Have taken my car here twice (once for a repair and once for detailing/oil change) and both times the service and communication were great! For the repair they helped us decrease the amount of time the car was in the shop by preparing the replacement piece and painting it, etc. in advance. Would highly recommend.

Lombard Auto Body is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever used. In a major pinch, I had to get a friend’s car fixed fast. Jack called me back at 11pm to get me in first thing the next day, and he put Marvin on the job. Marvin - a miracle worker - fixed a pretty nasty scratch and dent and made the car look brand new. The prices were incredibly fair and transparent. Jack, Marvin, and receptionist Nikki took a panic-filled, urgent situation and went above and beyond.

They did such great work on my car and provided wonderful customer service! Jack runs a high functioning business and sat down to explain to me my insurance options, allowing me time to choose the best option for my situation, and once we did he had my car fixed and washed in two hours before I had to go to work. I appreciated the accommodation and the price wasn’t bad either!

Had my car broken into and the dealers in town charged 4x the price to fix the window. Not only that but Jack got my car in and out in less than a day!
My car has never looked better and I feel much safer knowing the time and effort that went into fixing my window as well as cleaning out the glass on the inside!!! Would go back here any day.

I have had 3 5-Star experiences at Lombard Auto Body. Obviously, it is never a good thing if you are headed to an Auto Body shop, but Jack and his team make the experience extremely easy and they are VERY timely. Not only do they take care of paperwork and helping to call and facilitate communication with your insurance company, but they do an AMAZING job at the body work (multiple experiences) and clean your car afterwards. Thanks to Jack and team for the 3rd time, I couldn't forgive myself if I didn't take 2 minutes to leave a positive review!
